so light, it's pretty much a liquid side salad. this NIGEL SLATER recipe is great way to warm and invigorate KAPHA digestion...no hacking necessary!
throw about 20 SLICED RADISHES in ANY STOCK along with a couple BAY LEAVES and SOME THYME for about 10 mins. then, toss in a COUPLE HANDFULS OF ANY LETTUCE. after a minute or two remove from heat and take out the bay and thyme. blend with 1/4 c of MILK and some fresh GROUND PEPPER...this one is SO WEIRD and i love it!
