this is another one i made up for the all too common nerves of the vata / aututmn season.
steep a 3 or 4 SAGE LEAVES in a cup of water, adding 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of GHEE and some HONEY. you could use SAGE HONEY for added benefit.
SAGE is nervine and calming while GHEE is the best fat for the body. it build ojas or life force which is especially challenged during this season. HONEY is said to be sattvic or harmonious, serene.
