i made this one up a few years ago when i was craving those childhood SUMMERTIME flavors...great for PITTA!
mix a c of PLAIN YOGURT, the juice of one SWEET ORANGE, some MAPLE SYRUP 1/4 and a splash of VANILLA extract well. you made need to add a little water too, depending on how thick the yogurt is.
we love the YOGURT as a relatively cooling source of PROTEIN unlike other animal products which are fairly heating. the MAPLE and ORANGE are both refrigerant and the VANILLA soothes pitta’s intensity.
