this latte will warm and stoke slow, cold digestion, burn waste products like fat and phlegm and uplift the spirit.
1.5 c cashew milk / 1 tsp honey / 1/4 turmeric / 1/4 tsp of cinnamon / 1/4 tsp cardamom/ 1/8 tsp of dry ginger / a pinch of black pepper
mix well & serve warm.
