i designed this recipe for all you PITTA people and KAPHA people...

you'll need a cup of RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS, a tsp of OLIVE OIL, a tsp of CORIANDER, a tsp of CUMIN and SALT to taste. toss seeds in oil and roast on parchment for about 15 mins at 325F, stirring half way. keep an eye / nose out since these little seeds can go from done to burned pretty quickly! when they're toasted and crunchy, remove from the oven and toss immediately in the spices.
