mix equal parts MISO and GHEE to squish into the cooked potatoes.
sweet potatoes are nearly tri-doshic. they reduce VATA and KAPHA so are perfect for many people in AUTUMN or SPRING. ghee in moderation is great for REGULATING AGNI or digestive fire, turning it up if it is too cold and turning it down if it is too hot. miso can be tricky for excessive PITTA and KAPHA but on occasion, in small doses is probably okay for P and K people. as always, taste, see how you feel and ADJUST and OMIT as necessary.
